Has anyone else in SE19 had huge problems with their @virginmedia internet for days?

@virginmedia Currently displaying this, although, as you can see that’s not displaying properly. How do we officially report the issue as there are plenty of us who don’t have access right now.

@FalconerBorgars If it's not showing a fault then it means what you're facing is either not area impacting, or if it is then it hasn't been reported to us yet. What's currently being reported via the link? ^ZR

@virginmedia I’ve tried to use that a few times and it either doesn’t work or it says it’s not showing a fault in the area, which would be incorrect.

@virginmedia Have tried resetting Super Hub 3 a couple of times and got green wifi light, green power light and flashing green up/down arrows.

@virginmedia Connection has been very intermittent but just now it’s totally gone down. Others in my neighbour (WhatsApp group) have confirmed they are also having issues with their VM connection.
