@skumWgmi To be fair, they were the teenagers that got drafted into Vietnam, but it was the older generation from WWII that actually got us into it and made all the decisions.

The generation that gave us: - Vietnam - The 2008 crash - Deregulated banks - A gutted pension system - 40 years of wage stagnation .... Would like to talk to you about personal responsibility. Go ahead. I'm listening.

@BestMovieMom I was gonna say that would mean that she would be in the movie for a couple seconds cause I’m pretty sure Achilles is not in the Odyssey really, He’s in the Iliad.

🚨🇺🇸 Meanwhile in America “We don’t know who these people are, or what they’re doing, but they’re in our top field” Land Owner accuses unknown Helicopter Operator of dropping Boxes of Ticks on their farm. This follows a series of other videos, of people finding boxes of Ticks on Farms across America. Absolutely wild.

Georgia couple gets 15 years in prison after a confrontation occurred as they drove by a group of blacks at a birthday party during a “support the rebel flag” parade. I guess they shouted some mean words at them after being confronted? Everyone knows this would NEVER be the same sentence in the reverse.

@Uzonna7 This movie is kind of garbage, actually. The absolute nonsense of American soldiers pulling guns on one another, shooting at one another such as happens in the middle of the movie during their training, completely erases plausibility. Also celebrates war crimes against civilians.

The Dirty Dozen is the most based war movie ever made. Hollywood today would cancel the entire plot in the first 10 minutes. Back then they just said “send the murderers, rapists & thieves… they’ll get the job done.” And they did. 🎬🎥 The Dirty Dozen 🔥❤️

@TheEXECUTlONER_ I have no idea why every other car merged into one lane a full mile before the traffic cones merged the lanes together. Until you get to the merge point, what traffic law is being broken here?

This guy is using the left hand lane , which is open. There is a mile long backup and everyone is over in the right hand lane. He drives all the way up until he has to merge. Some people are saying what a jerk he is for not getting in line like everyone else, but a great many people are saying that the cars in the right lane merged into one lane too soon and that if they had used the left lane, instead of being a mile backup it would have been a half a mile backup. What’s your take? Do you think he was correct in using the left lane and merging up at the front or should he have merged right and got in line way in the back like everyone else?

@katee_K1 She's not holding their hands, she's holding the stroller. At point of impact the children are running ahead of her, having just come out in front of the stroller, suddenly appearing out of nowhere from the driver's POV. He's in the wrong for entering the crosswalk though.

A crisp evening in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. Manda Haines held her two young children’s hands as they stepped into the crosswalk. In seconds, former sheriff’s deputy Gunner Vuocolo’s car slammed into them, sending little Raelynn and Eli flying through the air like broken dolls. Their screams tore through the street as they hit the pavement. Manda rushed to her injured babies, confronting the man who hit them. Raelynn, who once dreamed of becoming a police officer, is now terrified of cops. The family’s trust is shattered, their sense of safety gone forever. Vuocolo faced charges — reckless driving, endangerment — but on April 28, 2026, he quietly entered a diversion program. No trial. No conviction. No criminal record. He walks free. A mother’s plea for justice went unanswered. Two children’s lives forever changed, while the man who hit them faces zero real consequences.

@TheStingisBack This was a shitty bait-and-switch on what was supposed to be a worthy adversary for the sake of a cheap laugh, and it undermined the drama of the entire movie. Also, That's not a cameo, that's a role. A cameo is one short scene.

Iron Man 3 turns 13 today. Not one of Marvel’s best, but it delivers one of cinema’s all-time great cameos: Ben Kingsley as Trevor Slattery. The perfect irony: one of the world’s finest actors playing a guy whose peak is being dubbed “the toast of Croydon” for King Lear. 🤣

@DesireeAmerica4 You're wrong. Better this guys appeals drag on for 10 more years than that one innocent man be wrongly executed. He's still permanently in prison, so it's not like he's getting away with anything.

Warning: This one gets a little graphic. In 2011, 15-year-old Seath Jackson was lured to a house by his ex-girlfriend. She was setting him up for her new boyfriend 18-year-old Michael Bargo, and three others. They beat Seath with wooden boards, shot him multiple times, chased him down when he tried to run, dragged him back inside, beat him more in the bathtub, tried to break his legs to stuff him in a sleeping bag… then Bargo shot him in the face to finish the job. They burned the body in the backyard fire pit for hours, broke up the bones, stuffed the remains in paint cans, and dumped them in a quarry. Bargo was sentenced to death in 2013. Then the sentence got thrown out because the jury vote wasn’t unanimous. Resentenced in 2019 12-0 for death. Florida Supreme Court upheld it in 2021. He’s still on death row in 2026… 13+ years later. And that’s the problem with death row in Florida and across the country. What’s the actual point if the appeals process drags on for 15, 20, even 25+ years? Endless post-conviction motions, federal habeas claims, challenges to the method of execution all while taxpayers foot the bill for housing, feeding, and medical care. The system is built to prevent executing the wrong person… but in cases this clear-cut and this brutal, it just turns into a slow, expensive life sentence instead of justice. Bargo is still sitting at Union Correctional Institution with more appeals pending. Tell me I’m wrong, but at some point this stops looking like justice and starts looking like a loophole. Credit: Marion County court records / Florida Supreme Court rulings / official trial documents.

Yeah, make sure that criminals are further empowered. Great plan. Make sure stolen cars are now harder to find. Make sure that wanted violent felons are more difficult to locate. Dumbest plan ever. Hopefully you get caught doing this, except those who post this type of shit are usually too scared to do it themselves.

The 2019 crash of an Aeroflot Superjet is the best reminder to follow cabin crew instructions. The botched evacuation (you can see people running WITH luggage) was a factor in the large number of casualties: 41 of the 78 aboard died.
