About 5% of estates pay inheritance tax, and it raises £7bn. If the magic tax fairy forced me to cut £7bn of tax on the wealthiest 5%, I wouldn't pick inheritance tax...

@PBSport @IanBarkerBFY no, child benefit is withdrawn at £50k; that's the first bump. It's the personal allowance which is withdrawn at £100k; that's the second bump, 62%. The withdrawal of childcare schemes pushes the marginal rate waaaaay further, but that's not on this chart.
