How is freedom to speak up supposed to work, when an NHS Trust puts forward allegations of “causing embarrassment to the Trust” against someone who speaks up and raises concerns with @CQCProf @NHSEngland ? Trusts are not independent private enterprises. They are part of the NHS and the wider public interest applies, not just the reputation of any individual Trust.

Here's a disaster waiting to happen....
