Nusuk literally posted a bunch of packages and they're all so terrible. So far from the masjids. If this is what i'm waiting for when they say "gradual release" then i'm not interested. #Nusuk_Hajj

@Hajj_nusuk Trying to complete payment via Credit Card below error msg appears and I’m not able to complete payment. Package from USA: DELUXE 14 DAY NON-SHIFTING - QUAD OCCUPANCY (HJ3000).
Refreshed webpage multiple times, log off and log back in, cleared browser cache, no use.

@Hajj_nusuk @esitaja I have a booking in my profile but when i click on the package it disappears. I also went to my payment and it says the package is not published? Can you please advice i contacted the support desk and no answer

@esitaja The reservations are opened now.
Packages will be added gradually as long as the country's quota is yet to be filled. You may visit the platform frequently to find a suitable package; keeping in mind that this year's reservations are based on a first come-first served basis.

Any tentative time frame when you are going to open the reservation again?

@Hajj_nusuk I placed bank transfer as my payment of choice but it shows "NO DATA FOUND." I refreshed multiple times and contacted support with no avail. Should i be able to send the money to my IBAN or should i wait for official confirmation from support?
