The Canadian Taxpayers Federation has revealed that Carney spent over $500,000 on airplane food last year. That's more than the average family will spend on groceries in 30 years!!! Carney spends even MORE on airplane food Prime Minister Mark Carney and his entourage billed you for half a million dollars on airplane food in one year. Loyal readers of the Taxpayer Waste Watch will remember our story about Carney spending more money on airplane food than former prime minister Justin Trudeau. Well, we have some new numbers for you. And they’re bad… Carney and his entourage spent $524,100 on airplane food in one year, according to government documents obtained by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation. That’s more than an average Canadian family will spend on groceries in 30 years. Carney and his entourage billed taxpayers $159,000 for airplane food during a week-long trip to Athens, Abu Dhabi, Johannesburg and the Canary Islands. Carney also billed you $94,000 on airplane food during a trip to Italy in 2025. That’s more than double what Trudeau spent on airplane food during his trip to Italy the year before. Even when Trudeau spent $220,000 on airplane food during a trip to the Indo-Pacific, the cost worked out to $4,200 per hour. That’s still less than Carney spent on his trip to Italy. Carney spent $21,158 on airplane food during a three-hour roundtrip to Washington D.C. That’s $7,000 per hour on airplane food. Carney and crew also spent $60,000 on airplane food during a visit to Paris and London, and $50,000 during a trip to Belgium and the Netherlands. Meanwhile, other politicians and bureaucrats are proving it is possible to spend less while travelling abroad. Former defence minister Bill Blair took an international trip last year. Blair’s delegation spent just $2,350 on airplane food during the entire 12-day trip. The government’s chief of defence staff went to Washington, D.C., with members of the Canadian Armed Forces last March. They billed taxpayers zero dollars for airplane food, according to government records. Franco’s note: The government told you it would cut down on these extravagant international trips but spending half a million dollars on airplane food doesn’t exactly scream fiscal responsibility.

🚨🇨🇦 The math of the "Carney Era" is terrifying. 🚩 Federal Deficit: $78 BILLION Ukraine Aid: $25.5 BILLION We are effectively borrowing 1/3 of our total deficit to fund a war overseas while 2 million Canadians are hitting food banks and gas is $2.0/L. This isn’t "leadership"… it’s a betrayal of the Canadian taxpayer. 🛑🇨🇦 @MarcNixon24 @JayGenXer @mario4thenorth @TheBuckYouWill @KirkLubimov @BarbaraBalCPC #cdnpoli #Ukraine #Aid #Canada

High gas prices resulting from the Iran war are easy to see, but you don't see how fertilizer prices are skyrocketing. Much of the nitrogen fertilizer used in Ontario is imported from the Middle East and Russia. Farmers will have very tough choices to make, and I think the Ontario Legislature isn't paying enough attention. That's why I tried to get a committee to hear testimony from farmers and other stakeholders in the agri-food sector. @GrainFarmers @OntarioFarms

The vision of China as a renewable superpower is mostly green propaganda. China remains the world’s top coal consumer, having planned an unprecedented number of new coal power plants in 2025. Fossil fuels still supply about 87% of its primary energy. financialpost.com/opinion/need-c…

American Rancher Alliance/Hufeisen Ranch
What if the government told your family ranch you owed $3.7 million… for a pond your cattle have been drinking from for decades? That’s exactly what’s happening to a fourth-generation ranch family in Washington State. Wade and Teresa King have been running cattle on their land for generations. Like thousands of ranchers across the West, they built small stock ponds so their cattle have water in dry country. Now the Washington State Department of Ecology says those ponds aren’t ponds. They say they’re illegal wetlands. The state has already issued the ranch a $267,540 fine and claims the family may have to spend over $3.7 million restoring the land. On top of that, the Washington Department of Natural Resources terminated grazing leases the ranch had held for around 60 years, removing nearly 15,000 acres of grazing land their operation depended on. The King family says these are man-made cattle ponds, something ranchers across the West have built and maintained for generations. The state says they damaged rare wetlands. Now the fight isn’t just about ponds. It’s about property rights, agriculture, and whether ranchers have the right to defend themselves in front of a jury instead of a government administrative court. If the state wins, this case could affect thousands of ranches across the western United States that rely on stock ponds to water cattle. This isn’t just one ranch’s fight. It could shape the future of American ranching. If you believe American ranchers deserve truth, trust, and transparency in the food system, help us rebuild a producer-led beef supply chain. Visit GoARABeef.org to learn how ranchers are working together to bring transparency and fair markets back to American agriculture. Because the fight for American land, American ranchers, and American food is just getting started. ⸻ #Ranching #PropertyRights #AmericanRancherAlliance #AgNews #FoodSystem #FarmLife #TruthInFarming #CattleCountry #AgTok #FarmNews

They told us the animal was the problem. Meanwhile: The animal fed us. The animal clothed us. The animal lit our homes. The animal gave us tools, medicine, and fertiliser. The animal asked for grass and rain. The replacement asks for petroleum, industrial chemistry, regulatory capture, and your ongoing custom. You can feed the animal with what grows on land nobody else can use. You cannot feed the factory without the oil. The animal is not the problem. The animal never was. The animal is the answer we've been discouraged from arriving at.

🚨BREAKING: I officially tabled the Stand on Guard Act. This bill would clarify the legal standard for self-defence to add a clear presumption that when someone knowingly and unlawfully enters your home, the force you thought necessary to defend yourself and your family is presumed to be reasonable, unless the facts show otherwise. Your home should be your safe place, not the place where the law turns against you for protecting the people you love. #cdnpoli
