I’m giving away the exact $1M Black Friday Framework we use at FATJOE.

We’ve sold $100M+ of SEO services, but we're not done. Here's how we're speedrunning the SEO agency of the future: 1/ We're doubling down on our target market We're building services and features only for our dream avatar and no one else. 2/ We're productizing the impossible. We're continuing to take ambiguous complicated strategies and distilling them down into repeatable effective processes that are easy to buy. 3/ We're investing heavily into our platform technology We want to be able to scale infinitely without increasing overheads. This relies on further developing our platform with automations and decentralised collaboration. 4/ We’re investing more in predictable and consistent lead engines We now have daily demand from social media, ads, organic and AI. We're working on adding new channels, refining our funnels and testing offers. 5/ We're obsessively tracking This year we've obsessively tracking every metric on one dashboard. From revenue to the amount of engagement on Threads, it's all there. 6/ We’re already selling what the market wants next We're constantly researching and testing new services to bring to market. We're anticipating what the market needs before they know it. 7/ We're removing what doesn't scale Custom work, bespoke processes, consulting, long client meetings. 8/ We're selling like an Ecom store, but operating like a SAAS Although our category is 'agency', we sell our services like an Ecom store. But in the backend we're running more and more like a SAAS. The system does the heavy lifting. 9/ We're setting aggressive growth targets We can see the demand for SEO and GEO increasing exponentially over the next 5-10 years, so we are preparing for growth, and investing more in systems, people and marketing. 10/ We're building a team of killers We're upskilling existing team members aswell as hiring new to create a lean dream team to propel us forward into the next era of SEO. we're seeing 3x in conversion from traffic that is coming from AI search why because people are extremely down the funnel already when they land on the site they've spent hours researching the category, asking followup questions, getting the ai opinion based on providing info so when they hit your site they are already down the funnel so how do you show up more get 5 guest blog posts a month on DA50+ sites that are focusing on longtail keywords related to your product category have your brand included in these branded mentions is what GEO is entirely based on from what we're seeing in our data
