@monzo auth request to access (for third time) web banking seems to have gotten me in. Not quite sure why, but at least I can get into both accounts now - will see what support say on email just in case it happens again. Happy Sunday!

@monzo idk if just me but since update to iOS v 7.15.0 I can’t get the app (and therefore approve access to web banking). Authenticate with Face ID and then just hangs at locked padlock. Restarted device etc etc. Pls help?

@MyGlasgowCC hello! Hope all well. Got home from a work trip to find 2 PCNs on my vehicle (parked in an area under the Authorised Residents Permit against the car). Been on hold for 30m+ trying to talk to someone on the phone, website says 20 working days(!!) to assist. Pls help?

@Wise You’re missing my point. I’ve got the email, which is why I’m cross. Two weeks is no notice and is going to delay incoming payments due in the next three weeks for potentially 90 days, or further if they then get held up into thanksgiving/ year end. Really crap service
