Understand centralized exchanges are just banks. They are threatened by defi. They make their own "proxy" chains to try and "pose" as defi. But they are not defi. Their profits come from volume and fomo/panic trading into fiat bank money. They make money on exchange fees and gambling revenue. They are the most hostile force to crypto. All crypto FUD, regulation, hostility came because of exchanges, not because of digital assets, blockchains and defi. It all stems from the dollar/crypto exchanges that are predatory. Drain them.
