I believe a man has to be seriously damaged to contemplate sleeping with a married woman.
Whether the woman is separated, divorced, or having a quarrel with her husband, or the husband is abroad or is not on good terms with her, is immaterial.
Any man sleeping with a married woman is, in my opinion, seriously unwell emotionally and mentally.

Poke holes in this business idea for me:
Friend of mine bought a new build a couple years back.
Everything inside was very builder grade.
He slowly added wall moldings, beadboard, wallpaper and the house is now completely transformed.
Why is there no company that ONLY does this for builder grade homes?
I’m talking:
- Crown moulding
- Box Mouldings
- Beadboards/wallpaper
If your answer is “just hire a carpenter” that carpenter is doing 6 other types of jobs that probably pay better.
Genuinely curious, what am I missing?

Is there a "credit report" expert on X?
I have a 30-day late reported on my mortgage on my credit report that is incorrect, but I am struggling to get it taken off my credit report.
Obviously, as a real estate developer and investor, my credit score and payment history is extremely important.
I have appealed to all 3 credit bureaus and provided supporting documentation, including a letter from BMO Harris bank that stated they flagged the fraud by mistake and the payment should have gone through.
I've appealed to Associated Bank (my mortgage holder) and they reviewed the issue and documentation but also denied my request.
I've spent countless hours on this and at this point am pretty pissed.
Do I just get my lawyer to start scaring people or is there a smarter way to get this resolved?

To be clear, successful White men do date/marry Black women too but they go for the successful ones.
They won't step down in class.
Ketanji Brown Johnson (Supreme Court Justice), Kamala Harris, Ilhan Omar and so on. These are all Black folks with White husbands.
Go to any Fortune 500 company in America and check out the Black females doing well there. You will be shocked at the percentage with White partners.
But when it comes to our successful Black males, they go for the bottom barrel in the White pool. I don't know why.
Go to any graduate school in the US, you will see brilliant Black PhD students dating White girls who dropped out of high school. Shame.
Tiger Woods, a whole Tiger Woods, marrying a nanny who ended up leaving him btw.
Same with other Black actors and athletes.
Black males need to aim higher when dating Whites.

People need to take a hard look at this video. She accused Stefon Diggs of serious assault allegations, was seen dancing and enjoying life shortly after, then was found to have lied under oath. Stefon was found NOT GUILTY. Yet where is the accountability?
This is the problem with false allegations. Even when a man is cleared, the accusation follows him forever. His name, reputation, career, and peace are permanently affected while the accuser often walks away untouched as if nothing happened. Shaking her BBL like she didn’t just lie under oath.
If someone knowingly lies about serious crimes, there should be real consequences. Without accountability, false accusations will continue destroying lives while society pretends the damage disappears after a “not guilty” verdict. It doesn’t. The accusation alone becomes the punishment.
