Been saying it since 2015. If a game is just simplified, it's 2x as easy for new players, but 10x easier for experienced players. If a game has characters you love, doing cool stuff together/against each-other, people will justify reasons to keep playing at any level.

Another reminder that fighting games will NEVER be casual friendly. Change a million things about the genre, some for the better, but humans HATE losing. The only sure way to make a fighting game grow with casuals is to make it so cool that they want to push through the pain.

Civilization was built by people like this, and there is a stunning lack of gratitude in our culture for their work.
In this specific case, at least half of the apple varieties in Brown’s collection were considered “lost” until he personally tracked them down and saved them.
He literally went on quests where he did things like, tracking a lost variety back to a stump of a long-ago-cut-down tree near an abandoned homestead in remote Appalachia, took cuttings from the green shoots coming out of the stump, brought them back and planted them.
Absolute legend.

Picked such an iconic photo for a historical subject we don't talk enough about! The history of the Black caddies at the Masters is a deep one; for almost 50 years, only Black men caddied at the Masters. The hat you created deserves to be seen and is a cool piece to own, for those who love the sport.
The folks over at Lucy Craft Laney Museum in Augusta, should see this one.

A client going to Augusta this week challenged me to see if I could embroider him a hat honoring the Black caddies at the Masters today. I told him give me an hour. I know what I have to tweak but it came out pretty good for the time allotted.

I hate politics on social media and usually dont say anything on topics but the combination of stupid people, bots or propaganda defending the IRGC is crazy.
This is a regime who will turn your internet off to murder/torture your whole street if they think you want change. The internet has been off for 37+ days overthere, and its not by choice of the US.
Like where do you think the online support is coming from? Say what you want about the US, but if the US conducted itself like Iran you would be a head on a stick in under 24 hours.
And I really hope everyday Iranians can find some peace soon. Because the 10000s of people that got murdered across the country by the IRGC for trying to have a better life at home would love to be flaming the US safely from their twitter accounts just like you.
