A 19-year-old Canadian girl named Jade was arrested at Hong Kong International Airport after customs discovered 25 kilograms of cocaine hidden inside her checked suitcase. Jade, a resident of Cambridge, Ontario, claimed she was unaware of the drugs and believed she had been hired for a legitimate job as an "international courier." Would you take a job like that or do you have enough smarts to know that there could've been foul play involved?

@thyflameoflove The love for Jesus he loves me first and he chose me before I was born. priests are human beings Jesus comes for the sick and accepts everyone. He said let the one without sins cast the first stone.

Leaving the Catholic Church because of sinful priests makes no sense when you look at the Gospel.
Jesus chose twelve apostles, and one of them was Judas. Judas betrayed Christ, but the other apostles did not leave Jesus because of it. They stayed with Him, even after seeing scandal, weakness, fear, and betrayal up close.
The Church has always had sinners in it because the Church is made up of human beings in need of mercy. That does not change who Jesus is. The Catholic Church is still where Christ gives us the Eucharist, the sacraments, and the truth He entrusted to the apostles.
Bad priests cause real damage, and the pain people carry from that should never be ignored or excused. The Church must take sin seriously, especially when souls are harmed. But the failures of some priests do not cancel out the holiness of Christ or the promises He made.
Peter denied Jesus three times. Judas betrayed Him. Yet Jesus still built His Church and remained faithful to it.
The question is not whether people in the Church will fail. They will.
The real question is: when people fail, do we walk away from Jesus too?
💬 What keeps you rooted in the Catholic Church even when members of the Church disappoint you?

One of the wildest, most astonishing saints in Church history—carefully recorded by reliable eyewitnesses and by the Dominican chronicler Thomas of Cantimpré.
Born in 1150 in Belgium, Christina was orphaned young and worked as a humble shepherdess. In her early 20s, she suffered a massive seizure and was pronounced dead.
During her funeral Mass, as the priest reached the Agnus Dei… she suddenly sat up, levitated straight to the roof beams of the church, and perched there like a bird! The entire congregation fled in terror (except her sister and the priest).
When she came down, she explained what happened:
She had died, visited Hell, Purgatory, and Heaven. God gave her a choice—stay in Heaven or return to earth to suffer for the souls in Purgatory. She chose to return.
From that moment on, her life became legendary:
🔸 She threw herself into burning ovens and emerged unharmed
🔸 Dove into freezing rivers in winter
🔸 Climbed trees, towers, and rocks to escape the “smell of sin” from people
🔸 Lived in extreme poverty, sleeping on rocks, eating almost nothing
🔸 Balanced on fence posts for hours while praying
🔸 Survived being crushed on mill wheels and other tortures… completely unscathed
Yet she lived to age 74 and died peacefully in 1224.
Her extreme penances and miracles converted many, and she is venerated as a patron of millers, people with mental illness, and mental health workers.
St. Christina the Astonishing reminds us that God’s ways are far beyond our understanding — and that some souls are called to radical, jaw-dropping love.
🙏 St. Christina the Astonishing, pray for us!
Have you ever heard of her before? Drop a 🔥 if this story blew your mind!
