I give up 💔😭...I fought so hard for this channel, I wish I could just actually chat with a human reviewer for just at least 20 minutes. I'm trying to at least prove to YouTube that this decision was a mistake, but the template response I get from team YouTube makes it impossible and frustrating. My whole life is on the line right now, I have lost a lot so far including my dad who was depending on my YouTube channel for treatment but I'm not trying to emotional blackmail here, I just want a chance to prove myself, I invested all I had on this channel, and why would I even want to go against the community guidelines, I know them very well, knowing how strict YouTube policies are, I can never want to dare to violate it. This termination will forever traumatize me. I am writing to respectfully appeal the termination of my channel [ cartoon recaps] for circumvention. I fully understand the seriousness of YouTube’s policies. My original channel was terminated in 2021 for alleged spam and deceptive practices. While I disagreed with that decision at the time, I accepted it and moved forward In 2022, I created a new channel with completely original content and grew it legitimately to over 100,000 subscribers over four years through consistent, hard work. This channel had a clean record and brought value to the YouTube community. I believed this was allowed after such a long period had passed since the 2021 termination.I was recently informed that this channel was terminated due to circumvention of the 2021 decision. I respectfully ask for a second look and reconsideration. The growth and engagement on this channel were genuine, and the audience was built organically over many years. I have not attempted to mislead viewers or violate policies on this channel.I am committed to fully complying with all YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service going forward. I kindly request that you reinstate my channel so I can continue serving my audience with original content. Thank you for your time and understanding. My 100k channel was terminated for circumvention on May 31st....I'm honestly innocent, they just had a little misunderstanding which cost my channel termination...I have been fighting this for two months just to show them evidence I have gathered... but according to them, when you appeal and it's rejected, there is nothing they can do again

Hello @TeamYouTube. My channel "Marnix Lo" youtube.com/channel/UCLQeZ… was suspended for violating the Circumvention Policy. I've never had a channel suspended before, I never attempted to circumvent any security measures, and my appeal was rejected. The suspension happened immediately after I deleted one of my videos to correct an editing error and re-uploaded the corrected version. It's my official artist channel, and the community guidelines have always been followed. I work hard on this channel, and I've lost everything. Could you please help me get a manual review? Last night 3 of my channels were wrongfully terminated for 'Spam, deceptive practices and scams' all at the exact same time - I appealed and all the channels were reinstated again (at the same time) - but one hour later they were deleted again + more of my channels, including my 700k+ subscribers Mineraft channel. Once again for 'Spam, deceptive practices and scams'. Obviously this is a mistake. None of my channels break any of the policies, as a full-time content creator for 10 years I take those very seriously. Can you please take a look at this? I have already won the appeals once and the same mistake happened an hour later. I don't want all my channels to be deleted because of this mistake. I have attached screenshots of the different mails and accepted appeal. Every single channel got the same mails at the exact same time. @TeamYouTube thank you in advance. Sharing would be appreciated!
