@O2 I’m having a total nightmare porting a number from 3 to @o2. I’ve so far spent 4 hours in the o2 store over two visits; spent over an hour on the phone to unhelpful customer service agents; a ticket has been escalated to the back office but no one has contacted me. Help??!

@UPS_UK having a nightmare with your courier: ignored delivery instructions given via intercom, then pre-signed online & alternative delivery instructions clearly given via your website.. today I stuck a note on the door which he also ignored. Now it’s being returned to sender!😭
