We are hold yet again to @YourSSE speaking to a lovely South African lady who has just shouted at us, mocked my mother and told her that they cannot help us!? Our friend needs power, you're an energy company, why can't you help us!!??????

SHOCKING customer service from @YourSSE our friend has been trying to get help from you for 6 WEEKS and you have now cut her power off!! She is a disabled, vulnerable pensioner who lives alone. She has no means of making food, keeping warm or getting hot water! #Disgraceful
