Again, Tinubu has failed. But the church is the government of God on this earth. What we bind here is bound in heaven. Why do we use Old Testament patriarchs who were rich as examples for the prosperity gospel, but ignore the prophets who rebuked kings? During Abacha’s time, the church banded together to rebuke him and warred against him in prayer. You have not done this against Tinubu. You have not denounced him collectively. And the blood of the innocent flows. God is angry. He hates when innocent blood is spilled. If God is angry, how are you all at ease? And if you are not at ease, why are you not talking? In times of national crisis, the church prays like Mordecai and speaks like Esther. Right now, we are not even sure if either is being done. The church is the conscience of the nation. John spoke against Herod. Jesus spoke against Herod. Why have you all not spoken against Tinubu? Terrorists are in Ibadan, Osun, and Kwara. They were in the Middle Belt. We did almost nothing. Now they are at your doorstep. To the church in Nigeria, what has happened to you?
