Saw rectal collaterals on the right. Put catheter distal and saw IP collaterals but those had flow reversal on gentle injection. Embolized slow.. then coiled rectal branches and embolized proximally... thanks for all the education @AriIsaacsonMD @SandeepBaglaMD. I❤️#IRad

Couldn't get across on the left despite multiple accesses and hours of work. SmartStent on the right with big interstices in case I ever come back... Stayed out of thoracic outlet. Head/neck swelling improved overnight. I love #IRad
