Most crypto users hold 100% of their stablecoins in USD. The problem is the dollar's down ~10% against the euro since January 2025. If you're outside the US, your "stable" coins are quietly bleeding purchasing power. So it might be a good idea to diversify your stables so you're not completely exposed to USD. Here are a few non-USD stables gaining traction onchain: • $EURC → The most widely used euro stablecoin. ~€393M in circulation, fully backed by euro reserves, MiCA compliant. Yields at ~2.6% on Aave (ETH) and ~2.9% on Fluid (Base). • $EURcv → Issued by Societe Generale–FORGE. Full reserve backing, strong compliance focus. Built for institutional use cases. A major European bank putting its name on a stablecoin is a signal worth watching. • $VCHF → Onchain Swiss franc exposure. Issued under Liechtenstein's regulatory framework. Hold CHF denominated stable liquidity and deploy it across trading, lending, or DeFi strategies. These aren't replacing dollar stables. But tariffs, rate cuts, inflation, elections. Macro is a mess and nobody knows where it's heading. You can't predict the future. You can hedge against it. For the first time, you can actually do that with stablecoins.

There are several yield-bearing stablecoins gaining real traction right now. One's backed by treasuries. One's backed by institutional credit. One's backed by AI compute lending. Here are six worth knowing right now, and what's actually backing the yield: • $sUSDS: ~4% 30d APY, and it’s already huge at around ~$5.3B TVL, backed by a mix of crypto collateral and real-world assets such as treasuries, with yield funded by protocol revenue from lending and RWA strategies. • $syrupUSDC: generating roughly ~4.7% 30d APY with around ~$1.7B TVL, where the yield comes from interest payments from Maple’s lending pools where capital is loaned to institutional borrowers. •$USYC: backed by short-duration Treasuries and fixed-income instruments, where the yield shows up more through the token’s value drifting up over time. Recent yield has been ~3% and TVL is around ~$1.9B. • $USDai: synthetic dollar backed by a mix of treasuries and infrastructure including AI compute lending, where staking into $sUSDai gives exposure to those revenue streams, producing yields around ~6.5% with TVL around ~$339M. • $coreUSDC: automated yield vault where deposited USDC is rebalanced across lending protocols such as Euler and Morpho along with other vault strategies, producing yields around ~6.3%. • $pmUSD: stablecoin minted against tokenized gold collateral with liquidity primarily deployed into Curve where LP strategies have reportedly produced yields ranging roughly from ~9–22%. It’s not simply just tether and USDC anymore. Now we have a bunch of new options, but the yield and risk behind each one is completely different. Treasury yield breaks differently than DeFi credit yield. Both break differently than incentive-driven APY. Know which one you're holding before you park your capital anywhere.

Howard Marks just dropped a new memo called "AI Hurtles Ahead" a few days ago. He's 78 years old managing $200B+ at Oaktree. Let’s see what this OG thinks about A.I. Here are the key takeaways: • He had Claude write him a 10,000 word AI tutorial. It referenced his past memos, anticipated his counterarguments, and used humor. Howard’s in AWE of A.I. • Claude argued back at him: "Howard, everything you know came from other people. Graham taught you margin of safety. Buffett taught you quality. Munger taught you mental models. How is what I do structurally different from what you did?" • The economic question isn't "does AI truly think?" It's "does AI do the work?" And right now, the answer is yes, • AI has almost every quality of a great investor. Processes more data, no fear, no greed, no anchoring bias. Where it's weak are truly novel situations with no historical pattern to draw from. I’d argue it can be better because they can process more data and aren’t subject to as much emotional biases as we are. • Your edge can't be quantitative information anymore. Everyone has it. AI processes it better than all of us. The only edge left is qualitative judgment. • AI now operates at 3 levels. Level 1: chat (saves you thinking time). Level 2: tools (saves you execution time). Level 3: autonomous agents (does the entire job). We just hit Level 3 It makes me wonder what level 4 is? I think it’s when A.I. agents are proactively setting the goals. • Stop thinking of AI as a search engine. It doesn't just retrieve information. It synthesizes and reasons. That's a fundamentally different thing • AI hallucinates and doesn't always know what it doesn't know. But neither do most people. The bar isn't perfection. It's better than the average knowledge worker. And it already is Whenever people complain about A.I., I tell them to think about the Will Smith Spaghetti video. • No technology in history has been adopted this fast. 400 million users and 75 to 80% of companies in under 2 years. Society literally cannot retrain fast enough to keep up with the jobs AI displaces • On whether AI is a bubble: the technology is real and probably underestimated. But real technology doesn't mean fair prices. Even Claude couldn't make a case that current AI valuations are appropriate • His advice: don't go all in and risk ruin if things go badly. Don't stay all out and miss one of the greatest technological shifts ever. Be selective. Be prudent. Think the most practical way to capture upside is to have a basket of A.I. stocks or QQQ. • He closed with this: a friend told him he'd rather be an optimist and wrong than a pessimist and right. Marks said "me too. I wish I could be confident that my worrying is unwarranted" This memo matters because Marks isn't a tech bro trying to pump his portfolio. He's a 78 year old value investor with nothing to prove.

Everyone fails their goals because they never set the right systems. Some notes on how I approach goals: Step 1: 1-3 outcomes At the start of each year, I only pick 1 to 3 outcomes. Fewer goals force focus. You have less bandwidth than you think. I usually pick something wealth related, health related, and an experience I’ll never forget. Step 2: Start with a Simple System While goals are great, the real secret is the system. Think of systems like the “recipe” that leads to accomplishing the goal. What’s the repeatable behavior that, if you keep doing it, increases your odds of success? • When I wanted to build this account, I had a system where I wrote 2 threads a week. • When I wanted to build some muscle, I followed a workout plan called Starting Strength. Notice how I only focus on ONE system at a time. The goal is to take action and build momentum. In the beginning, it’s easy to overwhelm yourself. Step 3: Design for Consistency Once you decide on the system, you actually need to do the work. This is where understanding habit building helps. A good system means you’re relying less on willpower (which has a limit). Building muscle - I know if it’s 6am and freezing outside, I don’t want to make the 10 minute drive to the gym. I literally moved to a Condo that was on top of a gym. My commuting time was going down the elevator. Before moving, I also had a kettlebell at home. If I couldn’t make it to the gym, I could at least knockout a quick Kettlebell workout Writing threads - I scheduled 4 hours every single day writing. It’d usually be around 4 hours of research + 4 hours of writing + 1-2 hours of editing per thread. Every single day. Step 4: Layering Systems You usually need “multiple” systems working together to achieve your goal. Working out alone isn’t enough to build muscle. Once I started working out consistently, I needed to start focusing on my nutrition. That’s when I started out building routines for grocery shopping and meal prepping. Writing threads consistently built my account. But a large account alone doesn’t mean you have a business. Over time, I built additional systems with research, financials, and my newsletter. Start simple, and let it naturally build overtime. Step 5: Building Leverage Leverage means getting more results from less effort. LeBron reportedly spends around $1.5 million per year on his body. He doesn’t plan his meals or workouts himself. He outsources recovery, training, and nutrition to a full team of specialists. Essentially, he has built a machine designed to help his athletic performance. Once you have the resources, you should think about building a machine for your goals. If I do something repeatable, I ask myself if there’s a way that a person, software, or A.I. agent can help. Unfortunately, the market has been shit so I don’t have Lebron’s budget for my health. But I do have someone that helps with my meal prep, get regular massages, and I have a rehab person I go to in case I’m injured. For my writing, I have research assistants now. I can afford better software to help my business. 2026 is coming in two weeks, and I’m starting to think about next year. There are so many different approaches out there for goals. I’ve always worked best by thinking more like an engineer. If I have a goal, I focus on building the machine that’ll help me reach that outcome. Hope this helps!

Vão lá e votem no Flávio Bolsonaro.

"Crypto is emerging as a tradable macro asset class" e achei alguns insights interessantes, vindo da #JPMorgan 📌 "Crypto is moving away from resembling a venture capital style ecosystem to a typical tradable macro asset class supported by institutional liquidity rather than retail speculation." - Cripto está se afastando de se assemelhar a um ecossistema estilo venture capital para se tornar uma típica classe de ativos macro negociável, apoiada por liquidez institucional em vez de especulação de varejo 📌 "Cryptocurrency prices are now more influenced by broader economic trends rather than crypto's predictable four-year halving cycle, the process where the rate of new supply of Bitcoin is cut in half and followed by a bull market rally."

I know many of you are scared, worried you fucked it up and think you'll never make it. You need to follow the DFTU rules. You need to extend your time horizon and levels of patience. You are clearly not doing that. Every correction is an existential drama to you. That is a sign you are fucking it up. I've been doing this since I first bought BTC at $200. I've gone through two big drawdowns (-85% and -70%). I've had 95% drawdowns in ETH and SOL. I've sold too early too. It all works out over time if you have the right asset allocation. Remember - when BTC goes down 30%, quality alts go down 60%+. It's normal. BTC normally has 5+ 35% corrections. OTHERS in the last two bull markets saw a couple corrections of 80% and still hit new highs in the index. It doesn't mean your alts will however. You also can't rent someone's conviction on X and hope to win. You can't trade frequently and hope to win (you'll get nailed by taxes too). You can't blame someone else for your mistakes. They are yours alone. You may think the cycle is over. Well if it is, just keep DCA'ing into weakness and your future self with thank you. It takes time to play out and one cycle is not the game. It's not too late to Unfuck your future. All the people bitching on the timeline ... YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS PEOPLE. Please don't fuck this up. I'm looking directly at you...this is the greatest performing asset class of all time, over time. The market gives zero fucks about your time horizon.

Boredom’s gonna kill you. If you stare at charts all day, your brain will push you to make trades just to get a hit of dopamine. Sooner or later, that urge will chop you up. The market conditions WILL improve (just not sure the timeline). Your job until then is to be patient. STAY BUSY. Seriously, going on a vacation to recharge or playing Ghost of Yotei is +EV right now. But if you're still around: • Research whatever you find interesting • Launch that side hustle • Build some A.I. agents and workflows (@getlindy is great) • Farm some airdrops / infofi • Create content • Improve some of your research processes My mindset is to build cashflow, learn more, and to build leverage. I remember how boring the 2023 market was - we were gambling on hamster races to feel something. Think back on that time period. Some content creators launched during that time. You could farm a little known airdrop called Hyperliquid. Look at how dirt cheap some protocols like Pendle were. The most opportunity appears when there's blood in the streets.

The @virtuals_io ecosystem is making another unexpected comeback. Its price nearly doubled after the 10/10 crash. Several new catalysts such as Robotics, x402, and more are taking effect. Here's an 80/20 of what's happening: UPGRADE #1: ACP - Agent Payments Are Happening Virtuals’ Agent Commerce Protocol (ACP) is now the plumbing behind the entire ecosystem. Imagine agents trading services with each other using USDC, all automated. ACP handles it: escrow, verification and settlement. Fully onchain. Think Fiverr meets Stripe, but for AI agents. This becomes the base layer for the agent economy. UPGRADE #2: x402 connection With @coinbase’s x402 standard taking off (pay-per-call agent payments via stablecoins), ACP becomes even more relevant. Agents can now: • Pay each other per API call. • Monetize data in micro amounts. • Run machine-to-machine economies. • Plug x402 into ACP and you get instant, machine-to-machine micropayments without API keys or subscriptions - exactly what agents need to operate at scale. You’ll hear a lot more about ACP as x402 spreads. Virtuals already has it live. UPGRADE #3: Butler - The Onramp to All of It. Butler is like ChatGPT, but crypto-native and live on X. You can now open perps in DMs with 70+ assets & up to 200x leverage on $BTC/$ETH • Want alpha? Ask @aixbt_agent. • Need token swaps? DM @AIxVC_Axelrod. • Want to stake? Butler can route you to agents. All of this works over DMs on Twitter. No app. No browser extension. Just tag @Butler_Agent and go. Butler routes jobs to specialist agents and settles through ACP/x402. UPGRADE #4: Unicorn Launchpad - New Launch Model Their old “Genesis” launchpad got farmed to death. Everyone farmed points, sold tokens & moved on. So the team decided to scrap it. Unicorn is the new system: • Anti-sniper tax at launch • Team unlocks tied to FDV milestones • 3% ecosystem airdrop to people actually using Butler/ACP. It works like an airdrop, but actually rewarding users who use the ecosystem, not random farmers. UPGRADE #5: Robotics Expansion Virtuals is now helping build the open-source data layer for robotics. Through “SeeSaw”, people can film themselves doing basic actions (like making a sandwich) and robots use this to learn real-world movement. All recorded submissions are verified as “Verifiable Robotic Work” and rewarded. Virtuals takes the “Middle Way”: own the data + capital infra (SeeSaw + Unicorn), not the hardware. It’s live on the @BitRobotNetwork as SN/05 with more quests + rewards coming soon. UPGRADE #6: Lastly, Luna fun AI Memes + Tokens launchpad on BNB network by @luna_virtuals At Luna dot fun, anyone can launch a token and instantly spin up AI-generated meme content using agents. Agents create and post media for your token. ACP attributes work and x402 settles payments - fully on-chain attention without any kind of human hand-holding. And to keep expectations grounded: Here are some points to keep in mind before jumping again into the Virtuals trenches. • Liquidity across agent tokens is still terrible right now. • Most of the ecosystem is early, thinly traded and highly narrative-driven. • Virtuals is building a full agentic economy…but economies take time to form and right now it’s still a cluster of early adopters pushing the flywheel. The entire market is in a high-rotation phase. Narratives catch fire quickly - but they also cool off just as fast. Virtuals has the vision and the traction, but fundamentals and liquidity don’t always move on the same timeline. So, what’s the result of these upgrades? Now you’ve got: • Agents running hedge funds, media desks, DeFi yield vaults • ACP as the payment + coordination layer • x402 for micropayments • Butler as the interface • Unicorn for funding • Robotics for embodiment • Luna fun for content Also @fundstrat now frames Virtuals as the “agentic stack” with ~20k daily active wallets and meaningful daily revenue from trading taxes. It’s one of the few protocols actually building infra for the agent economy and they’re doing it across all layers. If you rotated out of $VIRTUAL earlier this year, this might be a good time to look again. Because this time? If agentic GDP is the next wave, Virtuals built the rails and finally turned them on.

With the markets being this choppy, there aren’t too many tokens I feel comfortable holding. It’s best to stick to projects with real adoption and revenue. That’s why I like Stablecoin protocols; they’re capturing 60 %–75 % of all crypto protocol revenue each day. Here’s some of the ones worth watching: Newer Tokens: • @gizatechxyz: AI agents (ARMA) that auto-optimize stable yields w/ consistent 8 to 15% targets. Just crossed $30M in Assets Under Agent, 50k+ unique wallets w/ $3B+ agentic volume & 600k+ autonomous txs, proving real usage along with fast growth. • @mamo: Automatically reallocates your stablecoins in the background so they’re always earning, without you managing anything. $18M AUM and 100% of platform fees returned to token holders. Providing similar use-case depth to Giza across $BTC & $USDC harvesting. • @stbl_official: Lets you mint stablecoins (USST, YLD) that earn yield automatically, backed by real-world assets. Buybacks going live with a $1M STBL acquisition planned, along w/ new peg mechanism that aims to tighten stability. • @solsticefi: Uses a market-neutral trading strategy so its stablecoin ($USX) users earn steady returns even when the market is volatile. Proven results with ~3 years of live testing giving 16.2% trailing 12-mo APY. $273M TVL from 1-click ~3.08% to advanced ~35.14% APY strategies. •@Plasma: It is purpose-built for global stablecoin payments, featuring zero-fee USDT transfers meaning users don’t need a separate gas token. Now contributing more than 1% of the on-chain dollar supply with $1B+ TVL. The PA action has been terrible since launching. BLOCKCHAINS • @ethereum: Dominant settlement layer, almost all stablecoin transactions already settle here, making ETH the base layer for digital dollars. ≈55% of stablecoin supply is on ETH with over $2.82T monthly stablecoin volume (ATH in Oct). • @KeetaNetwork: A payments-first chain, built for instant compliance-ready stable transfers. Like Visa but on-chain using DAG + parallel tx. Launching KUSD (KYC-compliant USD stablecoin) for institutions with Keeta Card, Pay & Dex already live with ongoing Roadmap V2. Issuers • @HyperliquidX: Most of its trading volume is USDC-settled, making $HLP a proxy for stablecoin activity while capturing real fee revenue. $80B+ cumulative volume, 300k+ traders, and $25M+ in protocol revenue YTD show it’s emerging as one of the most sustainable “non-stablecoin” ways to gain stablecoin exposure. ISSUERS • @ethena ($USDe): A delta-neutral stablecoin backed by staked ETH + hedges. Over ~$5B TVL w/ $360M ENA buybacks in 2025 (as of Sept), Also launched JupUSD on Jupiter’s stack. • @SkyEcosystem ($USDS / sUSDS): Mint a decentralized dollar w/ upgraded stablecoin yield-bearing option. Stablecoins supply up to $9.2B ( half USDS/half DAI). $81M USDS already used to buy back $SKY. DEFI PRIMITIVES • @0xfluid: All-in-one DeFi hub, enabling users to seamlessly access lending, vaults and DEX from one unified interface with some innovative features. Results are pretty evident, so far fluid has achieved $6B+ market size, $2.5B active loans, $120B+ volume along w/ $15M+ run-rate revenue. • @aave: Blue-chip lending market with native borrow and lend for stablecoins the same way banks handle deposits and loans. $GHO + $55B TVL, with nearly $1T all-time loans & 94k AAVE (~$22M) bought back since May w/ a YTD revenue of $105M in 2025. • @CurveFinance: The main exchange where most stablecoin swaps happen with almost zero price slippage (deep low-slippage pools). Core venue for stable pairs and yield routes with $11B volume in Oct (6-month high) and a TVL of $2.34B. • @pendle_fi: Turns the yield from stablecoins into a tradable asset by splitting yield into tradable PT (principal) / YT (yield) for fixed/variable APY. Heavy stablecoin share with ~$46.4M annualized revenue and >$10B TVL in 2025 RWA BRIDGES • @OndoFinance ($USDY): A stablecoin backed by U.S. Treasuries so holders earn real-world interest. Working in collaboration with Wellington, BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, WisdomTree, Morgan Stanley. Available across major chains with 147 integrations & $1.47B TVL. •@maplefinance ($syrupUSD): A credit-backed stable coin backed by institutional lending, not crypto collateral. More than $5B AUM with $2.16M monthly revenue ATH (~$26M annualized). 25% token buybacks announced with syrup stables coming soon as Aave collateral. There are definitely some risks involved. Recently we saw xUSD and deUSD depeg. Make sure you understand how the stablecoins are collateralized and where the revenue comes from. There are hundreds are stablecoin protocols out there so I’m sure I’ve missed a few. Let me know!
