You have a small Jewish community of 3000 people. In the last six months alone (!) , the community has suffered 143 antisemitic incidents The community is terrified, feels isolated and hated . The main problem is that the government does not care and Irish society is completely indifferent. In light of the above, the community feels abandoned. To this must be added the Irish attitude towards Israel. Ireland is considered the most hostile country to Israel in the West . The Israeli- Palestinian conflict is a complex conflict and it’s not black and white. Ireland does not see the nuances and the Palestinians receive complete support, including the most radical elements . Ireland’s obsession with the conflict while being completely indifferent to other international conflicts raises the suspicion that the only reason for Ireland extraordinary interest in the conflict is the fact that one of the parties to the conflict is Jewish. This is why Israel and a large section of the Jewish people believe that there is definitely a “ Jewish problem” in Ireland.

It gets to a point, you just have to start asking yourself what Arsenal really did to deserve all this…
