@SW_Help Thanks. More generally shorter trains are a problem recently (last few weeks). Is there a rough timeline for this to improve?

@FiCampbell Hi Fiona, thank you, this service was formed of fewer coaches today due to a unit fault. At the moment I'm not sure when the affected unit is returning into service, apologies. ^JB

@SW_Help I’ve been standing for 50 mins on most journeys from Farncombe - Waterloo over the last 3 weeks due to half length, 5 coach trains. Your capacity checker is wrong, showing ‘available seats’ when everyone is packed standing like sardines. Will this improve? Thanks, Fiona

@SW_Help 7:56 today. 18:15 was the same yesterday Waterloo - Farncombe. Are we likely to see an improvement in train length? Thanks.

@BBCHughPym I’m flying back to the UK in a few hours, no idea if I need to book a PCR now in order to fly (I’ve done all the other required tests, vaccinations & forms etc. up until now). An idea of the start date / time for day 2 PCRs would be great to make it clear for all

PM says anyone entering U.K. will need to take PCR test and self isolate till negative result received - also all contacts of those with new variant to self isolate for 10 days.
