@duolingo Hi Duo, my gems have stopped increasing when I do my daily lesson. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that doesn’t seem to have made any difference. Can you help?

@duolingo - having problems tonight? After finally reaching the Diamond League I can’t get on to do my lesson and i’m sliding down the league😭

@bookingcom Hello, me again. I’m still waiting for my 120€ refund after I was overcharged, back in January, when booking my holiday. I was asked to send a copy of the invoice when I returned from the holiday, which I have now done, but still no refund?

Anyone else had problems with refunds from @bookingcom? They admit I’ve been overcharged by 120€ but are refusing to refund it until I return from my non-refundable holiday. Also ignoring my messages now.

@bookingcom Still waiting a satisfactory response to my query on Tue 10th Jan, asking why I was charged 120€ more for my holiday than I was quoted. I opted to pay the full non-returnable amount at the time of booking, yet was charged the higher price for ‘pay later’.

When people say "sleeping like a baby" it doesn't mean for periods of 2-3 hours only, while farting, making little pig noises & randomly crying at full volume for 1 second.

0n Boxing Day, for reasons still unknown, suddenly and devastatingly our beautiful 3 year old son Alexander died. I want the world to know how much joy he brought to everyone's lives, but especially ours. We are lost without him. Please keep our gorgeous, kind boy in your hearts.

@duolingo Hello it’s Fiona817273, could you explain to me how the gem system works please. I’ve just completed 143 points this morning but my gem total is the same as before I started, and I haven’t bought anything or completed any 20 gem lessons🤷‍♀️

@duolingo Aah, I see! I thought I gained more gems by doing the hard lessons, but it actually costs gems. I should really read the rules better! Thanks for your help🙃

@FiRennison It looks like you've been purchasing some hard lessons which are 20 gems each

@duolingo I’m sure my gems are decreasing rather than increasing the more lessons I do at the moment?! I started with 73 this morning, went down to 53, and after doing two more lessons and only making one mistake in each I’m still at 53. Help please!
