Making jokes at others' expense is unconscionable. I suppose Kimmel can’t think of anything better or do anything important. As such, he makes a living demeaning and degrading people. I wish people would start being held accountable for speeches, jokes, talking points, etc., that create or encourage any and all forms of violence. Unfortunately, people tend to hide behind the First Amendment for all types of rhetoric that are highly offensive and create division, distrust, and violence. Maybe Judge Jeanne and other legal minds can dig deeper into the First Amendment and bring justice to the offended party.
