It’s guilty or not guilty, or beyond preponderance for civil cases. It’s never proven innocent. A judge doesn’t read a verdict and say “innocent”

A Cy Young Award Winner who was falsely accused and proven innocent of all charges in a court of law can’t get a contract but Marcel Ozuna can choke his wife with a cast then immediately get a DUI and play anywhere. Make it make sense.

The #Braves today returned RHP Spencer Strider from his rehabilitation assignment and reinstated him from the injured list after optioning RHP Hunter Stratton to Triple-A Gwinnett following last night’s game. Additionally, the club selected OF José Azócar to the major league roster and placed OF Ronald Acuña Jr. on the 10-day injured list with a strained left hamstring.

I hope the #Braves’ TV guys are right and that Acuña only got a cramp, but that definitely looked like a hamstring injury to me, the way he grabbed it and pulled up.
