Zajímavá analýza, ale asi moc optimistická. Trump zvítězil ve volbách, i když všichni věděli, co je zač a evidentně jim to nevadilo. Proto se obávám, že odchodem Trumpa trumpismus nezmizí. Také si nemyslím, že bude odvolán z funkce. House ho může impeach, ale v senátu by museli Dems získat téměř všechny seats v 2026. Na odvolání presidenta je potřeba 67 hlasů ze 100 a teď mají 47. I pokud Murkowski a Collins budou hlasovat pro odvolání, což nepředpokládám, Dems budou potřebovat dalších 18 hlasů. Nepředpokládám, že obhájí všechny mandátu a k tomu vyhrají v KY, TX, OK, LA, MS, AL, MT, ID, NE, SD, IA, ME, KS, AR, TN, WV a obou Karolinách. Mimochodem Dems obhajuji seat v GA, což nebude jednoduché. Pokud získají prostou majoritu v senátu, bude to ohromný úspěch.

It is not much about willingness to listen to opposing views. It is more about not being on the platform controlled by an oligarch, who is in cahoots with the incoming regime. Having government friendly oligarch controlling mass media is never a good idea. You can ask Russian political prisoners about it.

I’m happy to share that Novartis and @MonteRosaTx have announced an exclusive global development and commercialization license agreement to advance molecular glue degraders. ir.monterosatx.com/news-releases/…

We believe VAV1 molecular glue degraders such as MRT-6160 have the potential for a differentiated therapeutic profile in T-cell, T/B-cell, and Th17-mediated indications. It’s our hope this agreement moves us a step closer to bringing MRT-6160 to patients worldwide.

At Monte Rosa, we have taken the bold and differentiating approach of focusing the development of our #moleculargluedegraders (MGDs) on previously undruggable targets. Today we published a paper demonstrating how we do it in BioRxiv.org.
