OU will be fine regardless of the Volcarona outcome. I think it’s balanced and am maintaining my stance to vote to unban it though. I actually think it adds a lot to the tier, but the feel now is it won’t get close to the 60% needed.

@PipIuper Also casual players being ignored surely cannot be a spun as a bad thing in a performative arena like tiering. If you aren’t good enough to get halfway up the ladder, can you really dictate what is or isn’t competitive? Think just about any good faith casual would agree on that

@PipIuper We have had more council unbans this generation than any other. Not to mention a lot of us (and top players like Vert) voted Unban
Tbh most of the ladder players who got reqs and discussed were the ones who voted uber.

@FullMoonXenon Tbh nobody is rly complaining about offensive sets. People are up in arms about QD Wisp roost, the loss in coverage makes offensive Volc far less consistent

@FallenImpacts Showed potential to be valuable first two seasons as a glove first SS with tools. Last year idk if he was hurting too bad or regressed, but it clearly shot his value and confidence. Hope he gets back on his feet, but may have exhausted his role in NYY market in win now mode

@Flats_OW Pokemon is a game where it seems a lot easier when you watch it compared to when you play because the average viewer only considers what happens vs the player who has to consider everything that CAN happen. If it makes you feel better I get tons of backseating comments too
