@JoeMerrick @gjgfuj The fact that this is how it always has been doesn't necessarily make it a good choice. Especially considering the game is severely lacking in stuff older games had from the start (for example, items)

@gjgfuj But this is a branch off from main series in how things work so is it not more logical that it follows how it has been done for over a decade than just to randomly upend everything because some other games may do things differently?

I dont understand, Smolder and Cleaver werent OP -> new rune makes them broken and instead of taking a step back and being like hey maybe we should nerf the rune so it cant stack cleaver we nerf the item and smolder instead?? Id love to understand the reason
