@AskPTSB Unfortunately, the story that 'European' banks are to blame for the delay, or that the Employers releasing the wages are to blame, don't seem to hold true. colleagues with @AskAIB, @bankofireland or @RevolutApp all received their wages today. Time to change banks, maybe

@AskPTSB Again PTSB are delayed in processing payments. At least 4 times in last 6 months. Wages have not arrived, were sent by employer before the European 1 May day. PTSB say 'may' arrive today. If not, it may be TUESDAY before they arrive because of Irish holiday.

@AskPTSB It isn’t for SOME of your customers it’s all of them, time and time again your IT dept. messes up usually on a pay day and you’re sorry. This is not the way to run a banking app. Is this what we pay increased charges for every quarter?

@AskPTSB I think you'll find it's a constant outage and not intermittent. It is affecting ALL your customers, not some. Be honest, apologise for the inconvenience and give frequent updates. This is the least you can do to assuage customers very real fears about access to their money.

Revelation from God is not always received at the times or in the ways we might expect. Sometimes our prayers are answered quickly with the outcome we hope for. Sometimes our prayers are not answered in the way we hope for, yet with time we learn that God had greater blessings prepared for us than we initially anticipated. When the Lord answers yes to our petitions, it gives confidence. When the answer is no, maybe it is to prevent error. When the Lord withholds an answer, maybe it is to have us grow through faith in Him, obedience to His commandments, and a willingness to act on truth. Heavenly guidance is a reality, but it is important to understand that it comes in the Lord’s way and according to His timetable.

@rtenews @NewstalkFM @Independent_ie Large numbers of PTSB customers still without their wages, throughout the weekend and into Monday, due to delayed processing of payments that @AskPTSB incorrectly and repeatedly claim are resolved. Why is there not more coverage of this?

@AskPTSB Thank you. Unfortunately, it does not appear that today (Monday) that the issues have been resolved. Still no incoming payment (wages) and some outgoing transfers / Standing Orders have not gone, but the monthly service fee was taken! I've filled out the complaint form, thanks.

@AskPTSB Nice that your issues were solved enough to take out your monthly fees yesterday and to push my balance further into negative. If only you could have resolved the issues with incoming funds first. Time to shop around for other banking solutions, perhaps.

Epic, while "supporting smaller players", stands to profit significantly and can afford to lose cash (no Fortnite on iOS)
