@BikoKonstantin1 Property shouldn't be an investment in the first place. It's been distorted as a productive asset when in reality, you buy a house and its created massive incentives to drive up prices at the cost of the average person who needs a home to live in

@keenkellie1 @SpachusAus I don't think there would've been a downturn unless they made changes like they did in the budget. Govt systematically was making the property investment class 'winners' all this time and now all new entrants as of this month are losers (in comparison to the previous years)

@FinniusFoxley @SpachusAus I meant stretched starting point for prices, rather than any individual buyer being stretched tax changes coming with valuations and repayments already historically high rather than after a downturn mean reversion plus any tax change effects. More room to drop

Friday thoughts: • Investors can’t buy existing housing stock using negative gearing • There is already a shortage of new builds and tradies • 42% of mortgages over the past 12 months were investor loans • Higher construction costs mean many new builds no longer stack up financially So where does that leave property investors and mortgages? 🤔

nigga its 2026 you shouldnt have to manually apply for jobs, build a scraper and crawls job sites and company career pages of places that compete in your industry then get the bot to filter out for stuff that's only relevant to you then get an email inbox set up for it to send off applications

There isn't a philosophy guys you literally just take all your free time and apply to jobs and interview all day with it. You avoid useless people and meetings and that's about it. People expect there to be some hack where you aren't genuinely working 80-100hrs/wk.
Olek@olekolekoleks

@_Checkmatey_ @_checkonchain Any reason why you wouldn't pack up and leave to a place where capital and business taxes are more favourable? Or at least even redomicile everything else in another country?

again, 'stretched starting point' here only applies to recent investors who are using mortgages in the last 12 months. you can also have investors who can buy cash or just hold if they're on big equity gains. go look at how many foreigners use property here as a capital vehicle that they dont intend on selling

@FinniusFoxley @SpachusAus Immigration is majority renters though, so pressure stays on rents removing 30% borrowing capacity from investors making up a peak 45% of buyers is huge plus increasing rates and peak price income multiples and repayment to income % Very stretched starting point matters

@HeyBeeza @Evabrownies420 @2worldsPodcast Sam is kinda doomed if he does and doomed if he doesn't anyway, right now he's already on a list. Might as well try and drive the movement as much as possible while momentum is on the up

Whether you want to admit it or not sewells brand is a fringe minorty movement because race is still too sensitive for majority of gen pop. I mean you do understand that we are already the minorites as white australians right especially in cities like melbourne. I think winning is legitimately growing your reach safely until such a time that you become a sort of juggernaut. 2worlds should be trying to climb the ladder, work with larger platforms. Theres nothing to be gained other than a small target audience like you hearing what they want to hear and sending pats on the back by having people like sewell on.

Now that we got that out of the way… Australians need to be the majority in their own country. We are importing 2-3 migrants for every birth, our birth rate is at record lows, and immigration is demographically replacing Australians in their own country. For decades people have been leaving their shithole countries to come here, and now there’s too many coming and Australia is becoming their shitholes. So let’s make sure Australia stays a desirable destination country. To achieve that again: shut the gate, deport, remigrate and fix the birthrate…. Millions Must Go 🇦🇺🫡 It amazes me that people will fight against this.

Whether you agree with the White Australia Party or not, they should 100% be allowed to form a party. If the government and politicians disagree, debate them on their ideas and let the public decide, don’t go full retard and ban them. Question for history: Name one time where the “good guys” banned speech and political parties and it actually turned out well...

Temu Tom says his “friend”, whose entire merch brand is built around the Australian flag, is “by definition not Australian”. You genuinely can’t make this low-IQ identity politics up. Thanks for admitting your mate’s willing to sell out over a “small disagreement” about the very thing he claims to represent.

As by definition, no, my close friend Chock is not Australian. He’s ethnically Colombian. The kids he has with his ethnically Australian partner are half Colombian, half Australian. Is this not hard to grasp?? Him and I have spoken at length about this and to some extent he agrees. Doesn’t mean we can’t be friends over a small disagreement. Is Avi Australian? No. Is Rukshan Australian? No. You are ethnically Israeli and Indian, that’s what you are and where you originate from. Only Anglo-Celtic European and/or Indigenous Australians are ethnically Australian. This is not hard to grasp. My issue is with the immigration that has happened over the past few decades and our falling birthrate, that ethnic Australians are being replaced in their own country. For you that might not matter, but for many of us Australians it does and it’s worth fighting for. I want the majority (not all, but majority) of Australians in Australia to be Australian. Again, is this not hard to grasp? Is this extreme, Avi? And I'm sure Pauline would agree on this. Do I want my close friend Chocky deported? No. Do I even want you deported, Avi? I don't like you but No. Do I want Rukshan deported? No. What I do want is for our government to shut the gate, deport illegals and remigrate anyone who has come here over the past 5 years (as a starting point), and then start working on our birthrate so Australians maintain as a strong portion, the main ethnic race in their own country. And we need to aim for a birthrate like Israel so we don't need immigration. Right now, on our current path, Australians going to be replaced in their own country within decades, and that matters to many of us Australians. If we can't define an Australian and what that ethically looks like, then we can't defend it against the uni-party, who have, over the past 20 years decided to put dollars over its people.
Avi Yemini@OzraeliAvi

In his latest shift-grift, Sam Bamford now argues people like Big Chocky aren’t really Australian. So why won’t he tell his friend to remigrate to Colombia? Just asking questions. 🤔 @2worldsPodcast @big_chocky

@hoodoussman The marketing team had to give it a cool name because explicitly telling people you were eating losses each month in your investment and getting a smidge back each tax cycle, in hopes to sell for a net gain later minus interest and costs would come across strangely retarded

The chorus is growing ever louder daily. Australia’s bond market is sounding the fiscal alarm. Higher debt, higher energy costs, higher immigration, higher housing pressure and somehow working families are meant to believe the labor party is helping. When Australian bond yields break above 5% markets are warning that more rate pressure is coming. No amount of Labor mediated increased taxation will deliver greater prosperity, higher productivity or increased wealth for ordinary Australians, quite the opposite in actuality.

Dr Richard Hirschson@richardhirschs1

⚠️The RBA will need to raise rates in June into an energy crisis and property crash. Australia is being swept up in the global bond market sell-off. Central banks can either save the bond market (and with it the property market), or the currency. They cannot save both. The Australian economy is about to fall off a cliff.

The funniest part is Sam, the goose, will echo all of thomas' talking points that were obvious a 1-2 years ago but won't have him on the podcast cause he will clearly be seen as an absolute bitch in comparison. He'll bring on bisexual abos like Kangaroo Jack or some goose like Chocky but not a serious leader of a movement

Advance Australia Fair.
Advance Australia Fair.@AdvanceAus_Fair·
Every other imported ethnic group in Australia, whether it be the Jews or the Indians are all allowed to have their own ethnic lobbies and engage in identity politics. But the moment white Europeans who are being ethnically replaced, want to create a movement for themselves, in their own country which they built, defended and died for, it’s suddenly struck down by the government. Australia does not exist without its European demographic. Undemocratically outlawing advocacy for a return to the policies we were built upon is treasonous and betrays the entire premise of this country.
The Noticer@NoticerNews

Thomas Sewell makes a final address responding to the government listing the White Australia Party as a "prohibited hate group". He reveals ASIO advised the ban on the same day he registered the party with the Australian Electoral Commission - Anzac Day - and that he filed paperwork for a High Court challenge to the "hate groups" laws today. "If our High Court injunction fails, then the fate of liberal democracy dies with the fate of White Australia" Follow: @NoticerNews
