@objective_cfc Also changed their message within a fortnight. Literally two weeks ago when publishing the blog they said it doesn't make any sense to go blueco out. What changed in two weeks?

As a general observation - I don’t like this protest BS for a few reasons but mainly because of the foundation of how it’s being executed. If any protest is going to grow and catch on they need to be relentlessly consistent with their approach and message - win, lose or draw. It should have a logical well thought out message built on facts. All those taking part should all be able to articulate that protest message clearly and calmly under both scrutiny and questioning. The thing I don’t like at the moment is that the people running it are strategic with their approach. They’re waiting for the lows and jump on it. During the wins they are silent as fuck. (Similar to some big accounts on here too). Even the recent ‘interview’ that they did with a director. They did that interview months ago, they just waited for a really bad low to release the blog. Thats opportunistic and dark. Fundamentally, at a core, they want the team to struggle which gets my back up straight away. If you’re going to protest, get your messaging right and be consistent as fuck - win, lose or draw. Not just when the environment suits the message. Bottom line, I don’t like Chelsea fans that hate Chelsea. Those that are loud in the lows and silent in the highs. It’s the worst type of fan in the world imo because fundamentally they’d rather Chelsea suffer so they can be right than Chelsea do well because it makes them look wrong. I believe those running the current protest (like many accounts on here) actually WANT chelsea to do badly which is fucked up imo - It’s dark, egocentric and toxic.

You know one thing I don’t think Chelsea fans are doing this year when criticising the team is observing every other team in the league and using is as important context. Just this weekend we saw Everton almost take a point (and even almost beat) champions elect Arsenal. We saw city drop points to West Ham after dropping points to Forrest last match week. Villa lost again and Liverpool drew at home to the most tragic spurs team the league has ever seen. All the while Newcastle have been in the lower half the majority of the season It’s not an excuse, it’s context. If Chelsea were alone in their irratic league form this season I’d understand the criticism way more. But they’re not and I think it’s important to acknowledge that. As well as this, the lack of time off in the summer and 2 week pre season are also important factors this year aswell as the obvious managerial change. Nothing wrong with criticism and it’s been justified this season. But Chelsea are not alone in their inconsistency and that should be acknowledged when doing so imo

@NotAProjectCFC Just 2 weeks ago you published a blog saying it was "not realistic" to campaign for BlueCo out. I enjoyed reading your argument and thought it was reasonable and coherent - you're undermining yourself by now flipping 180 only a fortnight later. What changed?

🚨Breaking: Protest Update: We would like to announce that further protest action is being planned. In light of recent events and the continued erosion of the values that once defined Chelsea Football Club, we believe “it’s fucking obvious” sustained action is required. Since the first protest we have engaged with numerous fan groups and organisations. We recognise that not everyone feels comfortable standing outside the ground protesting, but we would welcome the support of those who, like us, believe the current state of the club and the direction it is heading cannot continue. One of the key reflections since the last protest is that the message must be aligned and the fanbase needs to be united. It is clear to us that the current ownership are not listening. They do not care about supporter concerns and they are jeopardising the future of our football club. Our message is simple. BlueCo / Clearlake Out. We are currently finalising the details of the next protest. We are also looking to organise opportunities for fans who may have concerns about protesting but still want a space to share their frustrations and engage with others who feel the same way. We also want to be clear that the message on the day must remain focused. The protest is about the ownership and the direction of the club. That means: No Tottenham songs No chants about former or current players No chants about former or current managers All of our energy should be directed at the same message. BlueCo / Clearlake Out. Further details will be announced in the coming weeks.

@SOCobhamPod @MattDaviesAdams @SJohnsonSport @bosherL This is a good team but has 2 major issues. The physicality (which links to set piece defending) and discipline. Outplayed the "best" team in the league again but let down by individual mistakes. JP, Trev, Sarr, Hato, James absolutely mammoth today.

@SOCobhamPod @MattDaviesAdams @bosherL @liam_twomey Ignore the inevitable negativity (starting with Merson) - the fact we were in it right til the last minute gives great credit to this young team, especially when you look at age profile and how long Arteta has been in the job. Credit to Liam for a great plan that nearly worked

@SOCobhamPod Seriously though why all these short term deals?? How are we STILL struggling to get a long term FOSS?

@SOCobhamPod @MattDaviesAdams @bosherL Sanchez red & Maresca taking off our three best attackers cost us this game. Without Neto, Estavao or Palmer we had no guile in our passing and so many through ball runs went begging. From unbeaten in 4, to 1 win in 4. Funny how quick things change.

Should have known better than to think #CFC could come away from Old Trafford with three points 🙄 @MattDaviesAdams, @bosherL & Simon are going to have to talk about that pretty disastrous evening in the Manchester rain on Monday’s pod… Let’s have your thoughts or questions 💬
Simon Johnson@SJohnsonSport

That's it, #CFC lose 2-1. Too little too late in the end as they finally provided a threat in the closing stages. All the damage done with a very sloppy opening to the game. It left them with too much to do. Palmer's possible injury makes it an even worse evening. #MUNCHE

@SOCobhamPod I'm amazed not more is being made of the first goal - bayern went from a dead ball 35 yards out dead centre, to a bouncing ball 25 yards out at an angle thanks to the ref, who then immediately gave a drop ball preventing us from setting the defence. Changed the game.

@SOCobhamPod what do you guys make of Uli Hoeness comments on Jackson? Bayern up to their usual tricks on options/obligations (think proposed CHO deal), no wonder we negotiated a high loan fee. Leaves Jackson in an awkward spot next summer

@SOCobhamPod @MattDaviesAdams @SJohnsonSport @bosherL I know it's a Chelsea pod but hard not to feel for Potter. Spoke about keeping it tight first half but 3-1 down after 34 mins. Looks defeated with an abject record of 5 wins from 21 games, making a late run for the sack race "nuno, hold my beer"

Starting the Bank Holiday weekend off right 👏 A big 5-1 win on the road at a hapless West Ham… with five different scorers… and all without Cole Palmer! @MattDaviesAdams, @SJohnsonSport & @bosherL assembling to discuss it on Monday’s pod… What did you make of it?! #CFC
