We can think of some puns and made-up words which gave us (and still give us) serious headaches. And when the game combines puns, made-up words and character restrictions, life is fun, right? RIGHT?

The Internet is full of articles about bad video game localization: fails, funny mistranslations, etc. That's fine, but it feels kind of unfair to us. So, instead, let's talk about the *many* great translations there are out there.

@JENTranslations Ooh, I haven't played it but I read great things about the Spanish version. Thanks for the link, really interesting article.

We'll start by praising Breath of the Wild's LatAm Spanish version. The text flows so naturally that the immersion is never broken. You can get lost in Hyrule and feel part of this incredible world. Now over to you. What games have an amazing localization into your language?
