America says Russian fighter jets caused its drone to crash in the Black Sea. Moscow claims its jets never came into contact with the unmanned aircraft. Two versions of events…one conclusion: US-Russian relations are set to go from bad to worse.

Stop telling ppl they are quiet & should talk more. Let them be. They'll speak when they are safe, comfortable &/or have something to share. But perhaps they won't, which is also fine. Either way, the quiet(er) ones are always valid & all spaces need to be accepting & inclusive.
