@VerizonSupport How are consumers to know that the stores with your name on it are "third party retailers"? Are the people who wear Verizon attire working there not your employees?

@VerizonSupport since when have Verizon stores been divided between retail and company? We were refused service at one store claiming they were only retail and we would have to go to a company store located elsewhere for help.
