@PCTomVanDerWee Tom, also found in a no fault accident (with dash cam) it was quicker & less inconvenience to deal directly to other driver's insurance company. @DirectLine collected my car, had it delivered back home, valeted, on my return from holiday. On renewal we went with DL.👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
