📌 King Abdullah Of Saluli Arabia calls to Uniting Heavenly religions like Judaism and Christianity and says this is what Allah wants 📌 I feel bad for madkalis, they spend so much time warning against Ahlul Bida, but most of them will die as Kuffar to stay in fire forever

@TaymiFawaid @amaradunqas So if he legislates a law contrary to the shariah he is claiming it’s from the shariah and therefore making istibdal?

@Qasim51065629 No, if anyone takes the shahadah, knowing its meaning, they are Muslims. If they then reject some of what was revealed, or commit kufr or shirk, they are apostates. If committing these after belief, entailed they always had disbelief with shahadah, then "apostate" wouldn’t exist

@FirmUponTruth An apostate is one who was originally a beleiver and reverts to disbelief,on your paradigm there was never a point when they were beleievers in islam in the the first place rather they always affirmed their deviant beliefs simultaenously with the shahada.

@Qasim51065629 The reason for differentiating was to show peace treaties are not permissible with the murtad, they are not given jizya, they’re only option is repentance, and that is due to the Hadith regarding the one who apostatises.

@FirmUponTruth And what was your reason for differentating between the two groups? I thought your intention was to show why it was impermissible to ally with shias becuase they are murtad and not disbeleivers therefore no alliance can be done with them.

@Qasim51065629 I differentiate between apostates and "original disbelievers", the original disbelievers are like the Christian’s and Jews who have not accepted Islam. Also you are misconstruing what’s being done, Israel is fighting against the Rafidah, and the Rafidah are defending themselves.

@FirmUponTruth You differentiated in your previous reply between Kaffir and Apostate, specifically to argue against the original point that alliance with shias to help fight against kuffar persecuting muslims is prohibited.

@Qasim51065629 Someone who affirms the shahadah and then disbelieves in part of the Quran is a disbeliever and therefore an apostate. Why are you differentiating between Kafir and Apostate in this case? The 2 are interchangeable when someone affirms Islam then disbelieves.

@FirmUponTruth None of this even if granted would pove they're apostates. At most it would prove they're kuffar and even that isn't required. First show how these ayah prove they're apostates rather than kuffar.

@Qasim51065629 Are you reading what your replying to? "peace treaty neccesitates mutual protection" and how is any of this relevent? we are discussing disbelievers in disbelieving lands, fighting other disbelievers. hows this relevent to jews protecting muslim lands.

@FirmUponTruth The constituion of medinah explictly states that the jews will use their money and their strength to protect the muslims if the city of medinah is attacked by another enemy and vice versa.

@Qasim51065629 Firstly, you are not qualifed in the Quran and Sunnah to negate the ulama, stay in your lane. Secondly, Allah testified to the iman of the sahabah, and the Prophet (ﷺ) promised Jannah to them, anyone who negates iman from them is therefore disbelieving in this.

@FirmUponTruth Provide evidence from Qur'an and sunnah they are apostates. "Ulama said" isn't an argument.

@Qasim51065629 There is only fighting from muslims under the banner of islam. In all cases muslims are fighting soley for Allah's sake, and part of that is honouring agreements in treaties. Besides this, supporting disbelievers over their ilk, is supporting disbelief prevailing regardless.

@FirmUponTruth That is completely different from cooperating with different armies or groups whose differences are well known and acknowledged towards completing a specific goal, just like in the initial hadith I cited of christians and muslims fighting a greater enemy.

@Qasim51065629 you are using words wrongly, a peace treaty neccesitates mutual protection, there is a difference between a leader signing a peace treaty, and a person supporting random disbelievers over disbelievers.

@FirmUponTruth 2) The prophet(ﷺ) expelled banu qurayza for violating the treaty promising to protect Medinah with the beleivers, this proves that an alliance can be done to fight another enemy. The hadith you cited is about an induvidual sole polytheist fighting under the banner of islam.

@Qasim51065629 You are talking about Zaydis now, not the Rafidah, some of the Zaydis are innovators and not disbelievers, as for the Rafidah who is being referred to, they are apostates, and the apostate is worse then the original disbeliever as the ulama said, they are not even given jizya

@FirmUponTruth 1) The hadith you cited even if isolated wouldn't negate alliance with Yemeni Zaydis who on the apparent affirm Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) and his messenger(ﷺ), and are preferrable to those who say Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) has a son
