Classic garbage @AirCanada! Changes the flight to an hour earlier, then doesn’t even have a grounds crew for the flight, so the flight gets delayed to the original flight time. Good thing I made new arrangements to get there an hour earlier! Pure garbage!!

@AirCanada we have tried to contact customer services multiple times & been on hold for over 90 mins on most occasions & no one has picked up. We are due to fly with you on Tuesday & are wanting to book a bassinet for our 7 month old. How can we speak to someone about this?

I book a direct flight @AirCanada from YVR to CUN . Im a mexican citizen, with mexican passport and living in Mexico, only in Canada for 11 days. I was charged the Mexican tourism tax and tried to request a refund on the online. The refund request form doesn't have the option

@AirCanada HELP Was on customer service call for 2 hours with no solution for a c-section mom travelling with 5 month old infant on Air canada flight AC 43 from delhi-toronto on May 18. I thought customer service of airlines can help people to accommodate AODA request.

@AirCanada @cibc booked with AC May 11. Paid with Visa. Funds sent and AC app timed out. No confirmation No email. Money gone. Called AC. No record of payment. No reservations. It’s a bank problem they said. $3902. gone. Nothing to show. This is May 16, 2026. Still nothing.
