The wonderful people of Kilcullen CFR Co. Kildare have just gone live with the @AmbulanceNAS to provide a first response to Cardiac Arrest, Choking, Chest Pain & Stroke in their community. Well done to all involved, giving the gift of life on this Valentine's Day @NasDirector

I saved a life this week. Nothing unusual you might think as an EMT/Paramedic of many years service. The difference of a " lived experience" to your perception of events. I hugged this patient 72 hrs after this event, welcomed into his home, spoke with his wife, son

The Leinster hills are alive with the sound training this morning with almost 100 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 being trained in CPR / AED at Citywest by @FourDistricts CFR & 60 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 from various CFR groups from around Wicklow coming together for the @WicklowCFR training workshops. @NasDirector @RQuinlan999
