There's nice places in every country. This is the capital of Burundi and one of the richest neighborhoods in the country. Yet Burundi is the poorest nation on earth. Majority of the people in Burundi do not live in this nice of an area. They live more in like what's in the video OP posted. It's a sad reality but can be fixed if the people clean up and work together to make the place nicer.
