There is no subject called Personal Finance in the Nigerian education system. Not in primary school. Not in secondary school. Not in university. We teach children algebra they will never use but we do not teach them how to budget, save, invest, manage debt, or understand taxes. Then we release them into an economy with 15% inflation and wonder why they are broke at 30. The system did not prepare them. It prepared them for exams. Not for life.

It suggests the market is making it difficult to enter short positions, keeping participants biased to the upside and pushing targets higher. Many are calling 60K the bottom, but during true bottom formations, price typically targets the long side, sweeping the lows multiple times to force capitulation. That behaviour hasn’t happened yet, which is why I continue to lean toward a sweep of the 60K lows, with interim targets around 65K and 63–62K. This type of move takes time to develop and could still play out over the coming months.
