@TK_HelpDesk @TurkishAirlines @TK_TR my flight from SAW to London STN on 11 Dec 2022 was diverted to Manchester airport. There was no customer service once landed! All passengers made their own way home! I’m requesting a refund for my hotel that evening and train back to LDN!

@thameswater a new account was created using my details and home address and a water bill was sent to me to pay. I paid this amount thinking this was my water bill. It turns out this account was fake and created by Thames water? How long do I need to wait to get my refund?
