@bowbrookshrew Cheers, seen your pictures and looked great. Probably going back same time of year so unless it's Dinamo or they're in with a shout of winning the league should be okay. Been on curva A at Napoli and had no issues but arrived a few minutes after kick off so I think that helped

An Uber out to the edge of Split and in particular the town of Solin for this evenings Druga NL action, NK Solin v HNK Đakovo Croatia. Game a bit one sided in favour of the hosts. Decent two sided venue with a view of the mountains. FT 5-0 #Groundhopping 🇭🇷

@bowbrookshrew Assume so there was surprisingly a few stag and hen parties all week, I think there was a German group there as well but the locals embraced it. Missed out on hajduk as flew back yesterday but going to try again next year. Do you reckon it would be fine going in the ultras end?

What’s the largest attendance ever at a bottom step (feeder leagues) league game in the UK? Aware this is likely hard to source but just incase anyone knows of any fire away…

@AndrewN45051467 @ellis_platten Correct. The West Lancs league had a groundhop earlier this season and they recorded attendances. Around the 300/400 mark. Won't be a national record but a good ballpoint start

@J981857505245 @Johnnyproudlove @pnefc Haha, signing the loan players isn't the issue and is part and parcel of modern football. The issue is that we don't develop our own players due to the incompetence of the person who continues to be employed by the Conway Trust and helps lose them millions each year

@Johnnyproudlove @pnefc Yeah….decent point. Probably shouldn’t have bothered signing them despite being 2 of our top 3 players. We’d have done better keeping mads and starting smith more. 😂😂😂 A lot of champ teams best players are on loan you egg

Sad to see these two brilliant footballers leave @pnefc but at least we have the millions of pounds in the bank from developing them at our top academy and then selling them on to continue the team building of the last few years…oh but wait no, we’ve built nothing again! #pnefc

@Boo_Boy1 @TheDailyDraught Not quite. It's a Spanish recipe but many of the ingredients are the same as to what would go into a Carling, water comes from the same source etc, some of the hopps differ and the marketing these days is worlds apart. Both are shite and should be avoided

@nismoneil Take home pay on a 37 hour "living wage" is closer to £1,700 after deductions, tax, NI, pension. A difference of £550 is closer to reality. With private pensions most retirees receive this, receive housing benefit or are entitled to pension credit. You're banging a drum for 5%

Increase the State pension in line with the living wage and you can stick the "Triple Lock" where the sun doesn't shine. 💷 Monthly difference Living Wage (full-time): - £2,180/month State Pension: - £1,045/month 👉 Difference: - £1,135 per month

@LighthouseBilly @Tony28905884513 @pottsy136 Boats started initially as a result of tighter controls at the ports making arrival via a lorry more difficult. This suggests they would have happened even if Farage had been imprisoned for his obviously racist views and no one had ever heard of the term "Brexit"

Imagine being 65 right now in this world and waited to travel. You saved your whole life and did things the right way and now you can finally start to travel after retirement. And where the hell can you travel to? Europe is a rape-filled Islamic shithole. All the great cities you wanted to visit look like Pakistan. What a scam. Who wants to see a bunch of Moslem inbreds?

@JoeOwensMe @empiresend @pwb_world Exactly same thing happened in the 19th century when the Irish arrived. You Scouse didn't exist then and Liverpool was inhabited by south Lancastrians with no dodgy accent. Think how the English feel in other towns and cities who can trace their heritage back thousands of years

I’ve never claimed that new arrivals are causing trouble or that they are bad people. The issue lies in the sheer volume of new arrivals replacing Scousers, leading to a significant cultural change. This is the problem I emphasise facing the community. Surely, you must have noticed this?

Liverpool is undergoing a cultural transformation unparalleled in its history. If this change is not addressed and stopped, it will spell the end of our city as a Scouse one. The cultural assault on our glorious city has played out before in once proud and historic communities across Britain; the once unique and proud Cockney community of the East End of London is now nonexistent, serving as one of many examples that have led to an irreversible change and loss of distinct character, status, and identity in historic communities, only to be replaced by a culture that is unfamiliar, unwelcoming, and even hostile. We cannot let Liverpool, our one and only Scouse home, undergo a similar fate. Therefore, I call upon all my Scouse brothers and sisters, whom I love with all my heart, to stand firm against the reckless politicians who are dooming our wonderful city to cultural disaster, risking the relegation of our Scouse history, its future, and the legacy rightfully belonging to our children, grandchildren, and all those amazing Scousers yet to be born. Come the next council elections, we must rally under a United Scouse Front, standing up as Scousers do, and defend our Scouse home to the end. #Liverpool #Scousers #ScousePride #EastEndofLondon #NoToCulturalChange #CockneySparrows

Queen Victoria described her 8th child Prince Leopold, as "the ugliest and least pleasing of the whole family". She frequently depicted him as grotesque in drawings and criticized his appearance. Out of all of her children, he arguably looked the most like her.

@swartswarts @SamaHoole Depends on the land as to what would be best. The uplands which were deforested when the native English had their lands stolen in 1066 would benefit from tree planting. Lowland areas should return to being marshland. Grassland is better than commercial seed oil growing land etc

@SamaHoole Trees bind the dirt, protecting it from erosion. I like most of your posts, and this post might be true in some places, but not all. Needed to point this out. Iceland is a great example of this, where trees now thankfully are being replanted at a steady pace.

Maybe 100." Activist: "But trees sequester faster..." Farmer: "Above ground. Where it burns." Activist: "Trees are permanent..." Farmer: "Until fire, drought, beetle, or chainsaw." Activist: "Surely trees are better..." Farmer: "At looking impressive in a press release? Yes. At storing carbon? No." Activist: "Then why doesn't anyone talk about this?" @pnebrewster23 Neil knew that with Hemmings dead, Ridsdale would have a greater say in club transfers and playing systems, hence he virtually downed tools when it became obvious we only had the players for 5 at the back and calling 60 points a successful season. Some managers want more

@andycharmer99 @JamesHarvey2503 Rudeness is subjective, syntax often plays a large part in it, subcontinental sentence structure is often different to the language used by our lower classes. Many also struggle to initially understand a different accent. Once familiarity in place it'll all be hunky dory
