Tierzoo's weird gripe with melee is all the more insane to me because "a competitive game dominated by emergent gameplay" is the exact gimmick he's using to frame his middle-school humor channel! He hates melee for being the game he pretends life is! What the hell!!

@Flashburn117 Exactly, even when you dodge it it clips through the characters, so it's not a good argument. In this type of rpg game it's a not a "Does it reach ?" Logic but more of a "How is he attacking ?" One.

(4/4) If I quit, it’s because of my toxic competitive ego. If I smoke them next game, same. I was no longer another player, I just a final boss they wanted to challenge repeatedly and shit on. Having a goal to beat someone is fine in real competition, but this felt pretty shit.

(3/4) I didn’t even want to play as it was always unpleasant, but I didn’t want to be rude. I got kind of villainized to the point when I would play weak characters to make things less unpleasant for them and when I’d drop a game spectators would cheer and rub it in my face.
