As a father of two daughters that are about Hind Rajab's age, her story hit me particularly hard. I cannot begin to imagine the distress she went through in her last moments, highlighting the complete absence of humanity in what Israel inflicts on the Palestinians. At 6 years old she managed to call an ambulance from a car that had been targeted by the IDF (you can see the car in the video 👇). She was wounded but had miraculously survived, surrounded by the dead bodies of her aunt, uncle and her 3 cousins. She stayed on the phone during three hours, telling health services she was "so scared" (you can hear a recording of the call in the video). A Red Crescent ambulance was sent to get her. The ambulance was never heard from again. 10 days after Hind Rajab's car was found with 6 decomposing bodies inside, including hers. The ambulance that had been dispatched to fetch her was also found, utterly destroyed (you can see it in the video) with the bodies of 2 medics inside. Immensely revolting.

Swear to yourself that you will change it. Connect with others who feel the same. It is a long and painful road, but this is how you win.

Israel guided 1.5 millions of Palestinians into Rafah. They moved the "safe zone" further and further south, until the Rafah was all that was left. Now they're bombing Rafah, and people have nowhere to go, nowhere to flee. It's genocide.

Cutting off support to @UNRWA - the primary source of humanitarian aid to 2 million+ Gazans - is unacceptable. Among an organization of 13,000 UN aid workers, risking the starvation of millions over grave allegations of 12 is indefensible. The US should restore aid immediately.

Defunding UNRWA in the midst of the carnage constitutes "complicity" in genocide.

If there was ever a time to donate to UNRWA, it is now. When 9 Western countries - led by the US - have decided to cut their funding in a dystopian retaliation for the ICJ ruling, and therefore cut Palestinians' main source of humanitarian assistance. donate.unrwa.org/-landing-page/…
