@HotpointUK You have insurance, wait a week to get your washing machine drum fixed only to find it leaks after the engineer leaves. Now have to wait another week and told the leak is a new fault so no compensation. Hmm the leak that was not there before. Absolutely joke!!!

@British_Airways What has happened to this airline. Trying to help my parents get to their flight but nothing works. Arrived 3 hours early but can’t print boarding passes from machines and the queue taking ages. No clear direction from staff and now flight is closed!!!!
