no one taught me and I started writing poetry, playing music without any training. something spiritual that can express itself in artistic ways how did you do that? I don't know. it just came out. writing songs divine connections  mystery in the expression very mysterious

art process inner witness greater self always observing without being affected never changing always there earth goddess awakening is a continuous process, never done the inner observer the presence we are at the heart of ourselves

retreat from that self expression bc they don't let the child do what they want & simply create you have to do this way or that people get repressed only an artist can do that only a person who's been to school can we're humans & these are basic human expressions

Denial -  I am the sum of my problems and limitations I'm in this life alone I have to solve it myself no one understands opening my heart to gratitude daily miracles

relax enough mind lets go music, words, images come up from you or into you need to write it down BC 20 min later it's gone when I'm daydreaming letting things move thru my mind w/out holding onto anything. getting a whole image - downloaded into me came thru me, worked thru me

Love understanding and peace is growing inside e one day at a time.

I've been writing every day for a year and some people saying I don't understand what you mean but atleast I'm doing it. it's a habit, breaking the chain. - j seinfeld internal push to stay consistent and not break the chain it doesn't have to be perfect.
