@ecopharmug something has gone terribly wrong, it is not a coincidence if 3 times my meds are missing! This was the 3rd time…instead of 100 I got 70!

@nwscug very very sad that a Meter Reader can cut us off and keep quiet. Account was paid off to zero, but he cut us off and walked away. No notification, nothing. Surely @nwscug has a system to find out who is cut off and why. So so sad!
