Morning @santanderukhelp, I need the contact info for house insurance complaints. I've been treated horrendously since 24th March & will be going to the ombudsman asap. Six weeks w no functional bathroom & zero financial support is unacceptable.

Absolutely floored by @NatWest_Help, who've sent out new MasterCard cards with no fanfare, requiring a mass scramble of every direct debit to be changed before my original card inexplicably stops working. I keep getting 'we can't process your payment' emails. CHEERS GUYS.

As it's #WorldMentalHealthDay, it's worth mentioning that it took me 3 therapists and 14 years of grief from both my parents' deaths to finally decide to take antidepressants. I've been on sertraline since Feb & it's given me a part of myself back. It's never too late to get help
