That’s not what Parnell is saying. This is a perversion of his words to push a Ukraine first agenda as opposed to an America First agenda. We have capabilities, but the current supply chain will take years to build up to sustain a posture of meeting U.S. needs, U.S. forward deployed bases abroad needs, Israeli needs, Taiwan needs, AND Ukrainian plus emerging or unforeseen threats. It is highly dishonest to ignore the real world supply chain issues and then snipe at Colby and others for having to make tough decisions. It’s so obviously dishonest that it would not shock me if these claims are being funded by Ukraine itself.
