@drsanjaygupta Previous reports mentioned @POTUS 's CT scans were abnormal. Underlying vasoconstriction can be easily missed using a visual over read but could be instrumental in explaining drops in oxygen saturation.

If the vasoconstriction occurs in well ventilated areas this will lead to Ventilation/Perfusion mismatch and a drop in oxygen saturation. Important to know the severity of vasoconstriction in case of need for intubation later @drsanjaygupta @jeremyfaust @celinegounder
