the top 600 jupiter perps traders would have saved 1.31 million dollars in fees by trading on @PhoenixTrade over the last 5 weeks solana traders have options now rising
jprince.sol@redacted_j

Recently switched from Jup to @PhoenixTrade using @ImperialPerps and I do 1-2mm a week on SOL and BTC on it. Night and day on the fees and interest. Used to have to move $500 on BTC at 3x to hit profit, now it’s like $150. If their books can handle my volume, it can handle yours.

@shaundadevens MMs ability to offer better and deeper quotes during live markets is not dependant on the exchange infrastructure. MMs bottleneck is their own infrastructure

A key takeaway for HIP-4 is that Kalshi’s main bottleneck is market microstructure. In-game depth declines by 76% despite higher trading activity. Could Hyperliquid’s performant exchange infrastructure allow MMs to maintain better quotes during live markets?

@cryptaxpt 1. Debit card that spends directly from my usdc balance 2. A personal Solana address (not a CEX address) 3. Does it change the tax profile? I can spend from a 1 month old or a >1 year old address

🔥Sometimes the Portuguese crypto tax rules still surprise even me😱 Last week, I worked with a client who generated €100,000 in crypto activity income, fully supported by a solid legal opinion from a law firm confirming the tax classification. Under Portugal’s simplified tax regime (Category B), only 15% of this income is considered taxable profit. That means the Portuguese tax authorities (AT) treat the €100,000 as €15,000 profit and €85,000 in presumed costs. But here’s where it gets even better: Because he’s under 35 and hasn’t lived/worked in Portugal for 10 years, he qualifies for the new IRS Jovem regime, which exempts the first €28,000 of his taxable income. Result? Zero income tax on €100,000 of crypto income. Portugal continues to offer some of the most attractive tax treatments for crypto and digital assets in Europe, when properly structured and documented. ⚠️Disclaimer: Legal opinions and proper structuring are essential in this space. Always consult qualified tax advisors and lawyers before implementing any strategy.

🚨Important Update for Young Professionals in Portugal: IRS Jovem Regime(2025 and Beyond) 🇵🇹 If you're under 35 and earning income from employment (Category A) or self-employment (Category B), this could help you significantly reduce your IRS tax bill. The Portuguese tax authorities have updated the IRS Jovem regime starting in 2025. Here's what you need to know from the official declaration form (Modelo 3): Key Requirements (you must meet all of them): ✅Be 35 years old or younger as of 31 December 2025 Not be listed as a dependent (in box Q6 of the tax return) ✅Have no more than 10 years of earning Category A and/or B income as a non-dependent taxpayer ✅Not benefit (or have benefited) from the Non-Habitual Resident (RNH) regime ✅Not benefit from the tax incentive for scientific research and innovation (IFISI – Article 58.º-A EBF) ✅Not benefit from the tax regime for former residents Have a regularized tax situation If you qualify and if it benefits you, make sure you or your tax professional selects it in the tax return. If you are one of my clients, you can make sure that I selected the right option for you on your behalf😉

@redacted_noah My suggestion to mitigate DeFi exploits: Don't allow 2 out of 5 signatures to change a program admin

My suggestion to mitigate DeFi exploits: Create a fast, formally verified circuit breaker/rate limiter program. Make it immutable. Make all defi protocols wrap every token pool's authority with this contract and set parameters that can only be changed under a time-lock. Create a dashboard that bounds every DeFi protocol's maximum losses within a given time frame due to exploit. There's going to be tradeoffs here. High limits mean less funds can move, high chance of false positive. Immutable means if the team wants to withdraw all funds to a new contract, for example, it might just take 7 days. I think it's too much to ask that all protocols be immutable and formerly verified. But it's certainly possible to silo the risk.

$JLP is one of the most popular tokens on @solana for good reason right now you can earn 9.5% APY while getting price exposure to BTC, ETH, and SOL. but if you want to amplify your returns, you can multiply your JLP on @jup_lend to get up to 43% APY (!) by borrowing $jupUSD note that there is liquidation risk, so you'll want to adjust your leverage according to your risk tolerance but the coolest thing is that, if you have Jupiter Mobile, we'll send you push notifications if you get close to liquidation and you can manually adjust from there. nice.

The price you see isn't always the price you get 🪤 Some liquidity operators are gaming aggregators and traders are paying for it. We're exposing how. Full breakdown in the replies 👇

Portnoy just sold ~$6k worth of SOL on a side wallet, bridged to Ethereum + deposited 2.44ETH into Coinbase. Insignificant but interesting to see Portnoy moving funds on chain again. @stoolpresidente Get trenching again? @elio82

It didn't get 85% of 95,491 right. It got 99 of 116 right (allegedly) for the 2025 men's Australian open (what happened to the other 11 games, conveniently dropped maybe?). So the title is a mis-sell. FYI, using just player ranks and odds, you could get 101/127 right, that's 80%.

Humidifi will add a 25 bps penalty if it's the last hop in a Jupiter swap. Solfi has more complex logic, it will vary its fee based on the other instructions in the same transaction. These additional fees are NOT reflected in the quote you get when using Jupiter.
moon shiesty@moonshiesty

volumes on @solana are routed to the AMM and propAMM with the "best" instantaneous quote. however maintaining the best quote exposes liquidity providers to risk from stale quotes, arbitragers and informed traders the strategy several prop AMM have converged on is creating artificial volatility to flash "best" quotes to routers to increase their share of order flow the chart below shows higher volatility correlates with a higher share of @JupiterExchange volume
