Just like at our show in Barrie two months ago, I also designed and wrote the copy for the informational signs we put around the layout. I love writing the descriptions for all of the characters!

I carved the large cliffs for the fairground scene out of huge blocks of dock foam, smothered them in plaster, and painted them. We dressed them in with moss, trees, and sand on the display.
They were just about finished on the morning we had to pack everything into the U-Haul!
